China has built a rapidly expanding personalized cancer vaccine pipeline across mRNA, peptide, and dendritic-cell platforms, but most programs remain in early IIT or Phase I development. This database separates true patient-specific PCVs from off-the-shelf cancer vaccines and adjacent neoantigen therapies, while tracking which programs are beginning to generate credible human evidence.
